<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid control device with improved assembling workability. <P>SOLUTION: A screw insertion hole 29 extending in a forward and backward direction has a step part 29a receiving a head 18a of a male screw member 18, and the step part 29a is positioned on an insertion end side of a male screw member 28 from the forward and backward direction beyond the forward and backward position of a male screw member 34 from above.
