PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suitable method for providing biological analyses to a remote client. SOLUTION: Systems and methods of providing biological and non-biological samples, as well as selected analyses thereof, to the remote client are disclosed. For example, such systems and methods include some or all of the followings: a step of maintaining a sample archive comprising two or more discrete sample nodes; a step of receiving requests for samples or analyses thereof from the remote client, the requests including identification of a selected sample node from two or more discrete sample nodes and identification of a selected assay; a step of retrieving the selected sample node from the archive; a step of preparing the selected assay; and a step of performing the selected assay for the selected sample node.
