A device for elimination of digital TV signal redundancy relates to electric engineering, technique for transmission and save of TV signal. The devise comprises a clock signals selection unit, a clock generator, a fourth register, a first and a second trigger, a key element, a monostable flip-flop, a second and a third AND element, negative OR element, a third and a fourth memory unit, a first, a second, a third buffers that provides elimination of statistical redundancy, or interframe redundancy in output digital TV signal depending on what a method of frame compression provides minimal size of digital TV signal. The technical result is gain of frame compression ratio of TV signal without loss quality of reproduced image by means of elimination of statistical redundancy, or interframe redundancy in output digital TV signal. |
