FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: method presupposes inoculation of sapropel with inoculum of nodule bacteria, whereat fine-cut roots of lucerne of second year with soil on the roots are used for this purpose at sacropel and lucerne roots ratio of 1:3; the mixture is further incubated at 22-24C within 2-4 days. ^ EFFECT: method is user friendly and may be employed for domestic purposes.
