A method for recreation of the dead person face form consists in the determination of roentgenogrammetric parameters of bone fragments. On a contact sciagram the total arch lengt and large curvature radius of hyoid bone (HB) are measured, on the base of which the index of the personal HB relative curvature is calculated which in the persons with the brachycranian structure of head in values of 94.00 %±0.03 proves the broad face, 88,00 %±0.03 - a narrow face. In persons with the dolichocranian structure of head in values of 97.00 %±0.04 the index of relative curvature proves the broad face, in values of 84.00 %±0.03 - a narrow face. |
