Communication within game medium is limited by game consoles and game service. Notification user can receive notice when friend joins game service to participate in the game, or can choose other events about which notice is to be required to user. As reaction to any predetermined event of game medium, notification service provides notice or message transmitted beyond game medium through internet protection frame ensuring security.
