<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sterilizer capable of not only appropriately blocking hot air from flowing into the part below the bottom plate part of a container but also allowing the container to be easily taken into and out of a heat sterilizer. <P>SOLUTION: A heat sterilizer 1 heats and sterilizes dishes 3 kept housed inside a traveling container 2 by the hot air. The heat sterilizer 1 has an apparatus body 21 provided with the a sterilization chamber 20 for housing the container 2 so as to be taken in and out. In the apparatus body 21, a hot air guiding body 61 is movably provided. The hot air guiding body 61 is movable to: an acting position at which the guiding body 61 is brought into contact with the bottom plate part 8 of the container 2 and blocks the inflow of the hot air into the part below the bottom plate part 8; and a non-acting position at which guiding body 61 is positioned away from the bottom plate part 8 of the container 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
