A colored photosensitive resin composition, a color filter prepared by using the composition, and an LCD device containing the color filter are provided to improve sensitivity and resolution with a low amount of exposure even in case of containing a high concentration of pigment and to enhance the adhesion to a substrate. A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a binder resin; a photopolymerizable compound; a photopolymerization initiator; a coloring material; a silicon compound represented by the formula 1; and a solvent, wherein R1 and R2 are independently each other; R1 is at least one organic functional group selected from the group consisting of a glycidyl group, a (meth)acryloyl group, an aminopropyl group, a mercaptopropyl group, a cyanopropyl group or an isocyanatopropyl group, or a C1-C20 aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbon group having at least one organic functional group from the group; R2 is H, a methyl group, an ethyl group or a hydroxyl group; and n is an integer of 1-13.
