A counter rotating drive mechanism is provided to increase the durability of the counter rotating drive mechanism by reducing the bending moment or the twist moment. A counter rotating drive mechanism(100) comprises the drive shaft(112), the driven shaft(114), the master dynamic member(130), the plurality of transmission members(140), the plurality of inverting members(150), the driven dynamic member(160), and the first and second panels(120,122). The drive shaft and the driven shaft are arranged on coaxial and reversely rotate. The master dynamic member rotates with the drive shaft into one body. The transmission member is radially arranged symmetrically around the master dynamic member. The transmission member is delivered the rotation of the master dynamic member. The inverting member inverts the rotation of the transmission member. The driven dynamic member is arranged in the center of a plurality of inverting members. The driven dynamic member is delivered the rotation of the inverting member. The driven dynamic member rotates with the driven shaft into one body.
