A puncture preventive pneumatic tire is provided to prevent the pneumatic pressure leak of the tire inside and the safety accident, and to secure the running stability of the vehicles. A puncture preventive pneumatic tire(10) comprises a belt(30,32,34) laminated several times and a filling member(40) placed between plural belts and preventing the puncture. In the filling member, a gel-like filler is injected into the outer cover of the fabric fiber. As the gel-like filler combines with the metal by the chemical reaction, the gel-like filler is hardened.
