A ventilation system for a livestock shed is provided to minimize the burden of the use of fuel for heating by minimizing lowering of an inner temperature of the livestock shed even while performing a ventilating operation. A ventilation system for a livestock shed(H) comprises a duct frame(10) which is communicated with an outer part of the livestock shed and extended into the livestock shed, an air exhaust part(20) communicated with the duct frame to exhaust external air flown into the duct frame to the inside of the livestock shed, a suction duct(30) communicated with the inside of the livestock shed, an exhaust duct(40) installed at the other side of an inner part of the duct frame and communicated with the outer part of the livestock shed, a heat exchange part(50) connected between the suction duct and the exhaust duct, and a suction fan(60) installed on the duct frame or/and the suction duct.
