A keyset for the vehicle tail gate is provided to make the removal from the trunk lid difficult even if the keyset is placed at the rear garnish of the trunk lid. A keyset for the vehicle tail gate comprises a housing mounted on the trunk lid(1), which is including the key hole(11), a housing hole in which the housing is inserted, a fixing bracket fixing the housing which is fixed to the trunk lid and inserted in the housing hole, a stopping protrusion which is formed along by the housing hole corresponding to the stopping groove in the fixing bracket. The stopping groove is placed along by the circumference in the outer surface of the housing.
