The device has an articulated arm (1) on which an axle (3) is welded. Pins (2) are fixed on a caisson door (A1), and rotate the axle. A part (7) is fixed on the door on which a stopper (9) is fixed, and a part (8) is fixed to a caisson door (A2) to permit locking of doors. A part is fixed to a post of the door (A1) on which guides (6) with a part (5) are fixed. The part (5) receives a stop (12) and is inserted in a hole (11) in a caisson. A sling (10) is fixed to the arm for opening and closing the arm and for operation of the parts (5, 7, 8).
