An air-permeable packing material of multi-layers and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, in which the packing material is used as the packing material of the fermented food. An air-permeable packing material of multi-layers is constituted as follows. More than two non-woven fabrics(110a) are used. On one side of the first non-woven fabric, a first coating layer which is prepared by mixing the inorganic material and resin in the thickness of 10~15 micrometers is formed. The first non-woven fabric formed of the first coating layer is adhered by adding heat of 70-100 deg.C after placing a second non-woven without the coating layer while facing with the first coating layer. The second coating layer is made of the composition of the polyethylene like the first coating layer which is supplied by using the extruder(10) or the polypropylene.
