PURPOSE: A flat spring for an automatic ballpoint pen is provided to change a ballpoint pen lead into active condition by exposing the ballpoint pen lead by adding the power to the core are of the flat spring. CONSTITUTION: A hole in which the ballpoint pen lead go in and out is bored in the end part of the lower part of the body of a ballpoint pen(3). The lower part of a flat spring(1) is welded in the lower part of the upper body of the ballpoint pen(4). A horseshoe(6) is arranged between an area in which the flat spring and the lower part of the body are welded. A spring hole(2) is bored so that horseshoe move up and down according to the movement of the flat spring in the upper body. A stopper(5) is arranged in the end part of the upper body. |
