摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groove structure for microchannel, which is excellent in flowability for a liquid sample such as a body fluid, has a bonding surface excellent in adhesion and prevents any liquid from leaking. SOLUTION: The structure is equipped with: a base body having the bonding surface on which a microchannel groove is formed and a cover body 2 which adheres to the bonding surface of the base body 1 so as to cover at least a portion of the microchannel groove. The base body 1 is made up of a polypropylene type resin and a resin composition including a hydrogenation derivative of a block copolymer represented by formula: X-Y (wherein, X is a polymer block being not compatible with the polypropylene type resin, and Y is an elastomeric polymer block of a conjugated diene). A functional film layer is formed on at least a portion of the microchannel groove of the base body, and the adhesion between the base body and the cover body is carried out by using an adhesion layer which contains an alkyl alkoxysilane compound and is applied to one or both bonding surfaces so as to cover the functional film layer when the adhesion is completed.
