The invention relates to a method for producing 4-alkoxycarbonyl-3-aminothiophenes of general formula (I) and/or the hydrochlorides thereof of formula (I)', wherein R1 and R2 have the meaning indicated in the description, and the monoacetylated or diacetylated or the monoformylated or diformylated form thereof by reacting enamines of formula (Il), wherein R1 and R2 have the meaning indicated in the description, and/or the monoacetylated or diacetylated or the monoformylated or diformylated form thereof with a chlorinating agent in the presence of one or several thinners. Also disclosed is a method for producing the compounds of formula (II). |
