Shopping bag, shopping bag manufacturing device for the tubular cloth and manufacturing method thereof are provided to seal up the opening conveniently after taking the objects in the shopping bag and to fold the top end portion and bottom part of the shopping bag at the same time. A shopping bag manufacturing device for the tubular cloth comprises a tubular textile role(10) in which the tubular cloth(11) is reeled, a perforating device(20) which is installed at one side of the tubular textile role and forms the hand hole(94) on one end of the from the supplied tubular cloth, a cutting machine(30) cutting the other end of the tubular cloth in which the hand hole is formed according to the size of the manufactured shopping bag(90), in inlet perforated line(93) formed in both end part of the cut tubular cloth, a perforating device(40) forming the bottom perforating line(92), a bonder(50) sticking one end forming the floor of the shopping bag among the opened both tip of the tubular cloth, a taping machine(70) adhering to a part of sealing tape(74, 130), a controller(150).
