A filter device comprises a main connection part (1) connected to a fuel pump side, a sub connection part (2) connected to the flow path of a reflux fuel, and a filter body (3) having a suction port (10) communicating with the main connection part (1) and a discharge port (20) communicating with the sub connection part (2) positioned in the inner part (30) of the filter. The discharge port (20) of the sub connection part (2) is formed at the tip end (22a) of a tubular body (22). The tip end (22a) of the tubular body (22) is extended into the suction port (10) of the main connection part (1) in such a state that the outer peripheral surface (22b) of the tubular body (22) is spaced from the rim (10a) of the suction port (10) of the main connection part (1). ® KIPO & WIPO 2009 |
