PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring dynamic visocoelasticity of an optical fiber ribbon. SOLUTION: The method for measuring the dynamic viscoelasticity of the optical fiber ribbon, and a manufacturing method of the optical fiber ribbon including the measurement method are characterized in that stress is applied axially on an optical fiber with a coated optical fiber therein in terms of the dynamic viscoelasticity of the optical fiber ribbon after ultraviolet curing.
