A game machine using coin, and a coin guide installed in the game machine are provided to simplify the constitution of equipment using the injected coin and to simplify the rule of game. A game machine using coin comprises a plurality of targets(10) which are stood along the circumference of a disk(7) and have a width of various length; a rotation part which rotates the disk; a coin guide part(20) which is fixed on the center of the disk in one direction, and guides the injected coin(5) so as to allow it to roll and to hit any one of the plurality of targets rotating along the disk to throw it down; and a target sensing part(30) which senses the target thrown by the coin.
