PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet with an inlay pattern, having a vessel pattern of a boardleaf tree as well as a grain texture and having weatherability and good resistance to the deterioration of surface properties while exhibiting a three-dimensional feel and a feel of depth. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet is characterized in that, on a wood base material at least the surface of which is composed of a needle-leaved tree material, there are provided a transparent or translucent adhesive agent layer, an inlay pattern layer consisting of a combination of plural grain patterns of broadleaf tree materials, a transparent olefin resin layer having an embossed pattern on the surface and a surface protective layer in this order.
