PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding film capable of exhibiting high electromagnetic wave shielding performance, without impairing the transparency of visible light and having a high light absorption function. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic wave shielding film 1 is used, which comprises a transparent base 2, a transparent conductive film 3 provided on the main surface on one side of the transparent base 2, and a pattern member 4 provided on the main surface on one side of the transparent conductive film 3. The transparent conductive film 3 is formed by a metal oxide. The pattern member 4 has a plurality of stripe members 5, arranged in parallel on the main surface on the one side of the transparent conductive film 3. Each of the plurality of the stripe members 5 is formed by a magnetic material. The transmittance of each of the plurality of the stripe members 5 with respect to visible light is 20% or lower.
