PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a footprint on a space by shortening a lock holding member for holding a lock pin restricting the depressed amount of a pedal. SOLUTION: A pin supporting member 6 is installed on a floor 1 through a floor side bracket 5. The lock pin 8 with a lock lever 8a is so mounted on the pin supporting member as to be slidable in the lateral direction and rotatable about the axis of the lock pin. The lock pin 8 is changeable between a complete lock state and a half lock state by selectively engaging a round complete lock hole 14 and an elongated half lock 15 formed in the pedal 3. Since the pin supporting member 6 is rotated forward, the lock pin 8 is removed forward out of a pedal operating area by rotating forward the pin supporting member 6 with the lock pin 8 set at the free position.
