<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a child seat having a tiltable seat part and having high stability when installed on a seat. <P>SOLUTION: This child seat 1 is installable on the seat 100 when the seat part 3 is positioned on the seat surface 100a of the seat 100 installed on a vehicle and a backrest part 4 is brought into contact with a backrest 100b, and has an angle adjusting member 11 installed on the seat part 3.
