PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device having a suspending structure of a balancing rope capable of reducing maximum tensile force applied to a fastening bolt for fastening a rope suspending bracket to a bottom frame. SOLUTION: The rope suspending brackets 18 and 20 suspending the balance ropes 14, 14A and 14B are fastened to an upper side of the bottom frame 11 by the fastening bolts B1 to B4. By this constitution, the tensile force is applied to the fastening bolts B2 and B4 on a side separated from the balancing rope by making the fastening positions of the fastening bolts B1 and B3 on the balancing rope side as fulcrums. As a result, most of the weights of the balancing ropes 14, 14A and 14B are supported by the bottom frame 11 at positions to be the fulcrums, and thereby the tensile force applied to the fastening bolts separated from the balancing rope can be reduced.
