A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the hollow body (7, 8, 9) with slanted surfaces (10, 11) which form the honey-comb structure (3) is positioned preferably in a beveled position on an edge (15). 12. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the outer individual layers (2, 4) feature hollow bodies or partial hollow bodies (26, 27) on their inner side and a flat cover on their outer side. 13. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the upper and lower individual layer (2, 4) is made of a flexible material or a material that can be made flexible. 14. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the hollow bodies (7, 8, 9) or partial hollow bodies (26, 27) form the honey-comb structure (3) and are permanently or detachably connected with each other, preferably welded together, glued, screwed or connected via frictional energy. 15. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the hollow bodies (7, 8, 9) or partial hollow bodies (26, 27) of the individual layers (2, 4) are shaped as a pyramid and the hollow bodies (7, 8, 9) that create the honey-comb structure (3) are shaped as double pyramids or a mirrored double pyramid (19). 16. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the pyramid-shaped hollow bodies (7, 8, 9) or partial hollow bodies (26, 27) at the basis construction (16) are held at a distance from each other building a place holder stripe (18) while the segments (20, 21) of the double-pyramid-shaped hollow bodies (7, 8, 9) are connected with each other via a stripe (17) at the edges that run parallel to the middle axis (29). 17. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the tops (12) of the segments (20, 21) of the double-pyramid-shaped hollow bodies (7, 8, 9) or the partial hollow bodies (26, 27) are flattened. 18. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the flat piece (13) on the top (12) of the pyramid (14) or mirrored double pyramid (19) corresponds with the place holder stripe (18) and/ or the stripe (31) along the edge and is designed to ensure an extensive support. 19. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the hollow bodies (7, 8, 9) or the surfaces of the individual layers (2, 4, 23, 24, 25, 33) are connected via a flexible material to build one wall. 20. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the hollow bodies (7, 8, 9) are partially or completely filled with a gaseous or liquid medium after the connection has been established. 21. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the individual layers (2, 4, 23, 24, 25, 33) feature gaps in the walls and/ or the place holder stripes (18) which allow the flow or circulation of gas or liquids after the layers have been interlocked and connected. 22. A construction element according to one of the previous claims, characterized in that the so-called neutral fibers of the extensive connections are connected with the next neutral fiber and that the intermediary layers build the spaces in between whereas their surfaces also receive a connection.
