PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide inexpensive plant cultivation soil whose raw material is easily available. SOLUTION: The plant cultivation soil is obtained by mixing natural plant peat moss as accumulated humus of bog moss with raw garbage compost which is odorlessly composted by accumulating raw garbage generated in homes and business places for a few months.
