<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for performing priority control without increasing a workload on an access line or a priority control apparatus like the prior art. <P>SOLUTION: In a priority control system including an address allocation device for transmitting a prefix of an IPv6 address to a user terminal and a priority control apparatus, the address allocation device transmits a preset prefix corresponding to a priority user to the user terminal, the user terminal transmits a packet with an address having the prefix as a transmission source address, and the priority control apparatus receives the packet, determines whether or not the prefix of the transmission source address of the relevant packet is corresponding to the preset priority prefix to determine whether or not the relevant packet is a priority packet, and performs priority control based on a result of the determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
