Misutgaru (powder of roasted rice, grain, etc.), and a method for preparing the misutgaru are provided to obtain the misutgaru which contain natural minerals needed for the human body. Misutgaru is prepared by dipping cereal such as glutinous rice, nonglutinous rice, unpolished rice, etc. in water to soak it; steaming the soaked one; drying the steamed one; roasting the dried one in an pot; and grinding the roasted one to make a powder, wherein deep water is used instead of common water in the soaking process. |
