<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet thrusting and holding tool for safe and quick and inexpensively thrusting in and holding of a second magnet, in a clearance between a plurality of first magnets isolated from each other, where the magnetic poles at the facing sides are heteropolar so that the magnetic poles at facing sides can become homopolar. <P>SOLUTION: A pushdown member 16 is moved by both turning arms 17, and a second magnet 13 is pushed into in a clearance between first magnets 12, against reactions of both the magnets 12 and 13 by four peripheral side guides 18, so that it is possible to safely and quickly and moreover inexpensively push into and hold the second magnet 13 in the clearance between the isolated first magnets 12, where the magnetic poles at the facing sides are hetero-polar so that the magnetic poles on the facing sides can become homo-polar.
