Isoxazole compounds as inhibitors of heat shock proteins

The present disclosure relates to substituted isoxazoles of formulae (A) and (B) wherein definition of the variables can be found in the specification, having HSP90 inhibitory activity, to the use of such compounds in medicine, in relation to diseases which are responsive to inhibition of HSP90 activity such as cancers, and to pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds.
