The arrangement has an axial retention rod (80) mounted in an axial sliding manner with respect to an axial anchor rod (64) between a maximal compression position of a captive helical spring (58) and a stop position. An axial stop face (82) of the retention rod co-operates with an axial stop face (78) of the anchor rod in the stop position to limit the expansion of the spring against an expansion force of the spring. The retention rod is formed by an axial front end strand of a wire forming the spring.
