PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a foldable cargo pallet while enhancing the positioning effect and the supporting strength of a side panel. SOLUTION: A cargo supporting stand 1 comprises a frame structure 6 and a mesh structure 7 installed thereon. Panel supporting parts 25 provided on right and left sides of the cargo supporting stand 1 are provided on right and left sides of the frame structure 6 expanding outwardly in the right-to-left direction from the mesh structure 7 at a level a stage lower than the top level of the mesh structure 7. An upwardly projecting member (a supporter 15 for foldable stacking) for preventing a side panel 3 from being outwardly opened is jointly provided on the panel supporting parts 25. Lower ridges of the side panel 3 to be inwardly closed are engaged with the right and left ridges of the mesh structure 7 located on the inner side of the panel supporting part 25.
