摘要 FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied for aphakia correction. Capsulorhexis diameter (D) is preliminary determined. It must be less, than optical part diameter (d) of intraocular lens with thickness (H), and more than (L) value, calculated by formula (1) for double-convex lens, or by formula (2) for convex-plane lens. The frontal capsulorhexis projection of diameter chosen is marked up on the cornea. Surgical incision is made, viscoelastic is introduced into anterior chamber, frontal capsulorhexis of defined diameter is performed. Eye lens mass is removed, and intraocular lens (IOL) with its supporting elements into capsular sac. The lens is centered, and then viscoelastic is eliminated from anterior chamber. The surgical incision is sealed. Application of the invention provides reliable, maximal fixation of supporting elements and periphery of IOL optical part in capsular sac; the risk of decentering and dislocation of IOL in post-operational period being lowered. ^ EFFECT: possibility of folding IOL implantation to children, preventing IOL extrusion in late post-operational period. ^ 4 ex, 2 dwg
