PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration damping floor structure capable of enhancing construction efficiency and safety by properly assembling dynamic dampers onto horizontal members of a floor structure. SOLUTION: In this vibration damping floor structure, the dynamic dampers 2... are mounted on the horizontal members 4... of the floor structure 1. The dynamic damper 2 comprises a mass body 20 contained in a through hole 14 laterally extending through the horizontal member 4 and vibration damping member 21, 21 interposed between the mass body 20 and the hole wall 14a of the through hole 14 and elastically supporting the mass body 20 in the state of being separated from the hole wall 14a.
