PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a versatile portable convex with reel which can be used as a barricade or safety rope for safety band by being fitted to a head part of a color cone in a construction site. SOLUTION: A free band 25 is wound on a convex with reel 21 or 22 having a cylindrical or square shape, and a hook 19 and a rubber ring 23 are attached to respective end parts of the free band, and engagingly locked to the head part of the color cone 8 or a single pipe 20, whereby the convex with reel can be used as a barricade for the color cone head part or the safety rope for safety band.
