An aircraft assembly exhibiting good thunder resistance while enhancing d urability. The aircraft assembly (1) comprises an outer board (5) composed o f a fiber reinforced resin material for outer board as a principal element, a structure material (7) for supporting the outer board (5) from the inside, and a fastener (3) for coupling these outer board (5) and structure materia l (7), and further provided with an insulator layer (23) arranged to cover a t least the head (17) of the fastener (3), and a conductor layer (25) arrang ed to cover at least the insulator layer (23) and formed of a resin material for conductive layer containing powder of conductive copper.
