PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new urethane (meth)acrylate having fluorene skeleton excellent in heat resistance and the like. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the urethane (meth)acrylate prepared by reacting a compound having a specific fluorene skeleton [for example, a 9,9-bis(mono or di 1-4C alkyl-hydroxy(poly) 2-4C alkoxyphenyl)fluorene, a 9,9-bis(mono or di 6-8C aryl-hydroxy(poly) 2-4C alkoxy-phenyl)fluorene and a 9,9-bis(hydroxyl(poly) 2-4C alkoxynaphthyl)fluorene] with a polyisocyanate compound and a (meth)acrylic compound having a reactive group with an isocyanate group [for example, a hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate] as reactive components.
