A steamed rice-cake containing deep water is provided to supply various mineral which is necessary for human body by using deep water in which the mineral balance is good and help people's health by fermenting yeast. As to a steamed rice-cake in which rice flour is mixed to water, ferment and other additives(the sugar, the jujube, and the mushroom etc) and is kneaded and is fermented and is steamed, a steamed rice-cake containing deep water comprises using the deep water instead of water. The deep water is deep water containing salt in which the deep water salt which is manufactured from the desalination deep water or the deep water raw water, the concentration deep water is added to the water and is diluted. |
