<p>The joint (1) has a base surface (10) receiving a structure to be assembled e.g. structural beam, and two lateral walls (30, 30'). Two coplanar fixation surfaces (20, 20') have fixation holes receiving fixation units e.g. nail. Each surface has an external lateral edge (21, 21') and pre-positioning units (22, 22') provided at level of the edge to pre-position the joint on a load bearing element. The units are distinct from fixation holes (25, 25') so that the joint receives the structure on the surface (10) before the surfaces (20) are fixed to the element using fixation units. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for assembling a structural element to be assembled e.g. structural beam, and a load bearing unit (2) a method for assembling a structural element to be assembled e.g. structural beam, and a load bearing unit.</p> |
