<p>Method for applying sealing coatings to the front surfaces (12a) of laminated window stocks (10) comprises applying the coatings to the stocks using a spray gun (13) and suctioning off excess material so that the surfaces lying next to the front surfaces are not coated. An independent claim is also included for a device for carrying out the above method. Preferred Features: The excess coating is suctioned off during the application of the sealing coatings.
