A homogenizer for liquid products comprises a cylinder with branch pipes of supply and removal of emulsion, in which a piston-striker is installed which has axial open-end holes in the form of diffusers, which alternate by diameters of inlet and outlet openings in circle, that performs reciprocating motions by means of pulse motions of the stock, on which it is rigidly fastened, which is characterized by that an additional piston-striker spring-loaded from both sides is installed on the stocks with possibility of free motion; moreover the openings of its diffusers are mirrored relative to the openings of the diffusers of the basic piston-striker. |
