A multi-function block for retaining wall and construction method for the same capable of using for common reinforced connecting member is provided to reduce backfill construction section. The multi-function block for retaining wall is comprised of a block body(10), a upper-lower connection part(20A), a correspondence upper-lower connection part(20B), a perpendicular combination groove(30A) formed at the upper part of the block body, a perpendicularity reinforced connecting member(30) including a perpendicular support groove(30B) which is connected to the perpendicular combination groove and formed to backward, a horizontal connection groove formed at the upper part of the block body(40A), and a horizontal reinforced connecting member(40) including two horizontal support groove(40B) which is connected to the horizontal support groove and formed to backward. |
