An electrode for electrical resistivity monitoring and survey line designed using the electrode is provided to prevent the corrosion the electrode since a monitoring electrode and a survey line are laid underground and finished with synthetic resins. In an electrode for monitoring electrical resistivity, a corrosion resistance metal electrode having the insertion unit to be inserted into underground. A conductive connection member(13) is combined at the upper part of electrode with a screw. A wire(17) coated with the duct assembly(19) is connected to the connecting member. A connection unit of the wire and electrode is processed as waterproof by using the insulating synthesis resin(15). After a plurality of electrode for monitoring electrical resistivity are inserted into the floor dug having constant depth by predetermined intervals and the excavating part is filled back with the soil, the wires of each electrode are connected to the terminal board through the duct assembly.
