A polarizer including an anti-glare layer consisting of a silica particle is provided to improve a resolution of screen and a reliability of product when a display device receives a direct reflection light of sunlight or fluorescent lamp. A polarizer(200) including an anti-glare layer consisting of a silica particle is positioned in a substrate outside side of a direction in which a light of a display device moves. The polarizer transmits the light vibrating into the same direction as the polar axis. The light vibrating into the direction of the besides is absorbed or is reflected. A polarizer locates a phase difference film on a substrate and comprises a first base material layer(220), a polarization film(230), a second base material layer(240), and an anti-glare layer(250).
