SUSPENSION ADAPTED CELL FOR OVERPRODUCING RECOMBINANT HUMAN ERYTHROPOIETIN USING ANTISENSE LDH MRNA EXPRESSION AND MNSOD OVEREXPRESSION

A floatability cell strain is provided to express antisense lactate dehydrogenase mRNA, to overexpress a MnSOD, to increase production of a recombinant human EPO, to suppress production of a lactic acid, to enhance an antioxidation ability of the cell strain and to lengthen lifetime of the cell strain. A recombinant cell strain is transformed with a vector including a gene inducing an antisense lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) mRNA having a base sequence of a sequence number 1, a manganese hyperoxidation claim mutase MnSOD gene having a base sequence of a sequence number 2 and a manganese hyperoxidation anti-mutation enzym MnSOD gene. The recombinant cell line generates a human erythropoietin with a high efficiency. The vector additionally includes a dihydrofolate reductase gene. The cell strain is CHO.
