A device for making recollection in a tourist spot and a control method thereof are provided to store a photograph, moving picture and a message in various types and output stored data through a screen and a speaker by using a time card issued when storing the data. A touch screen(110) displays audio guide message and key input for outputting a moving picture, a voice, and a message. If payment is performed according to the indication of the touch screen, a charge settlement unit(120) inputs processed payment information to a controller. An interface(130) provides memory data which a user tries to store to the controller. A storage(140) stores memory data which user provides. A time card issuing unit(150) issues the time card(electronic card) with the identification of the user which memory data is stored in.
