REPEATER REMOTE MONITORING SYSTEM

A system for remotely monitoring a repeater is provided to increase the efficiency of system operation and reduce the cost and time required for H/W and S/W development. A system for remotely monitoring a repeater(200) comprises the followings: the repeater which amplifies signals transmitted/received between a base station(100) and a mobile communication terminal(600) and then sends the amplified signal to the base station and mobile terminal; a control module(300) which controls the operation of the repeater and provides an interface for the remote monitoring of the repeater; and a wireless MODEM(400) which monitors the operated state of the repeater according to a control signal, received from a remote place, based on a predetermined UI(User Interface) protocol, transmits a signal corresponding to the monitored result, and then resets the power of the repeater by outputting a predetermined signal in accordance with the control signal.
