A multi-functional hula-hoop is provided, which removes boredom while exercise and enables a user to exercise cheerfully by giving rhythm by the rotation sound. In the multi-functional hula-hoop, a bellows pipe(4) manufactured according to the body gives the stimulus to the body by the movement of a bearing delivered to the external protrusion through the internal protrusion. The bearing rotates while stimulating the bending projection of the outside body of the bellows pipe and the bending projection of the inside. The bearing rotating inside the bellows pipe, and a calorimeter(3) checking momentum and capable of confirming the calorimeter in the naked eyes are installed in the hula-hoop.
